It's not going to be quite as it appears on the poster but the Stated Annual Meeting is going to be just as interesting.

We begin at 4.30 on Sunday afternoon hearing about our finances. the congregation always has to be informed of how the books balance.

Then we get a chance to begin exploring the results of our consultation, hearing the headline findings and having some discussion about what it might mean and where it might lead us. You are invited to be part of that.

It won't be dry or irrelevant but it will offer us the beginnings of a plan for the future, what we need to focus on, where our priorities might lie, what questions we need to ask and how New Kilpatrick might look in a few years time. Whatever that will be it will be different from what it looks like today.

Please do some along. All the conversations will be recorded (not quite like when you phone a multinational) and insights and thoughts and concerns reflected upon as we begin reshaping our congregational life.

We will have refreshments too and then for those who wish, we'll share in the evening service. An afternoon of insights and ideas. Worth coming to as some already are.
