If it’s your first time

Here is the whole morning, so nothing takes you by surprise.

1 · Arriving

Come in any door

Someone at the door will say hello and hand you a hymn book and order of service. Sit wherever you like: front, back, or the gallery if you’d rather watch for a while. Arriving 10 minutes early gives you time to settle.

2 · Worshipping

About an hour together

Songs old and new, prayers, readings and a reflection that asks more questions than it answers. Join in, or simply listen. Both are worship. Communion is shared every month, and everyone, of any faith and none, is welcome at the table.

3 · Staying on

Tea after, always

Tea, coffee and something to eat in the hall. Stay five minutes or fifty. Many do. If you’d rather slip away quietly, that’s fine too. We’ll be glad you came either way.

Other times we gather

Sunday evenings · 6.30pm

Wednesdays · 11am

Questions people ask

What should I wear?

Whatever you’re comfortable in. You’ll see suits and you’ll see jeans, t-shirts, jumpers and a few princess dresses.

Can I bring the children?

Please do. Noise is a sign of life. We run Sunday School that begins in a noisy church for all ages and then age groups in the hall. More for children & families →

Is the building accessible?

Two accessible ramps, spaces within pews, accessible toilets in the hall, dedicated parking spaces.

Do I have to believe it all?

No. Most of us are still working on it ourselves. Questions sit comfortably here alongside faith, and often in the same person.

Will I be asked for money?

There’s an offering at the door and a tap pad for phones, but you are never expected to give.

Can I talk to someone first?

Of course. Call 0141 942 8827 or , and we can meet you at the door.
